PICO California is made up of 19 non-profit organizations made up of 400 religious congregations, schools and neighborhood institutions representing 450,000 families across the state affiliated to the PICO National Network.
In October 2013, Governor Brown signed AB 60 (Alejo - The Safe and Responsible Driver Act) into law. AB 60 allows all eligible drivers, including non-citizens, to obtain a driver’s’ license. Learn more about applying for a license through AB 60.
